Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Elevate By Tash (“Elevate by Tash”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a feminine fitness, wellness and lifestyle brand based in South Africa. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Questions? Email tash@elevatebytash.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your first name, email address, and — on our main site — your stated goal, when you request the Elevated Girl Checklist or join a waitlist.
Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, the site that referred you, and campaign (UTM) parameters.

3. How we use your information

To deliver the Elevated Girl Checklist and resources you request; to send the email series you signed up for, brand updates and news about future Elevate by Tash products; and to understand and improve our website and offers. We process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit your details. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see section 6).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — currently our email marketing platform (Drip) and our website host (Hostinger). These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on their safeguards for lawful cross-border transfer.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights & choices

Under POPIA you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting tash@elevatebytash.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

7. Cookies & analytics

Our site may use limited cookies and analytics to understand traffic and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
